Since launching the company, Eliana has had the opportunity to work with clients through a wide variety of projects and transitional phases of life. From moving and settling into a new home to downsizing, renovating, welcoming a new family member, or simply seeking a fresh start, she understands that organizing a home is often about much more than the physical space itself. It can be an important part of navigating change, creating a sense of calm, and making room for the next chapter.
Through her work, Eliana has helped countless clients develop a new appreciation for their homes and the way they live in them. Her approach is centered on creating systems that are not only beautiful and highly functional, but also intuitive and sustainable for each client's individual lifestyle. Rather than imposing a one-size-fits-all system, she takes the time to understand how her clients live, what isn't working, and what would make their everyday lives feel more seamless.
Eliana's combination of analytical thinking and creativity allows her to approach even the most complex organizing projects with structure and intention, while her attention to detail ensures that the finished space feels polished, personal, and aesthetically curated. Founded in September of 2023 by Eliana Shaulson, Now That’s Neat! grew from Eliana’s passion for organization, efficiency, and creating spaces that make everyday life feel a little easier. What began as an entrepreneurial leap quickly evolved into a boutique professional organizing and home management company serving clients throughout NYC, Westchester County, Fairfield County, and South Florida.
With a background that uniquely combines science, finance, and entrepreneurship, Eliana brings a highly strategic and thoughtful approach to every project. Her experience in a fast-paced, analytical environment shaped the project management, problem-solving, and organizational skills that would eventually become the foundation of Now That’s Neat!
